Are these for everyone?
For those taking medication or those undergoing treatment, please consult your doctor before taking our supplements.
When should these be taken?
These may be taken anytime. Take them whenever is right for you, and see how long it takes until your next bowel movement. Based on this, please adjust the timing for taking the next supplement.
How effective are they?
The scope of the effects cannot be categorically stated because of differences among individuals.

SLIM, LALAslim and soluble granules

What is the difference with LALAslim soluble granules?
LALAslim are in tablet form, and LALAslim soluble granules are in granule form.
What is the difference with Reperfe SLIM?
Reperfe SLIM is a product that contains lactobacilli, dietary fiber and other ingredients.

Reperfe LALAslim and the soluble granules are products that have plant enzymes (75 kinds), pro fiber and other added ingredients.

What should I do if I mistakenly consume the product?
If only a little of the product was consumed, monitor your condition. We recommend seeing a doctor if there is a problem. If a lot of the product was consumed, see a doctor immediately.

Take the product to the doctor and explain when, how much and how the product was consumed. Also inform the doctor of the age, gender and weight of the person who consumed the product.
What should I do if skin irritation or other skin problems occur?
Stop using the product and see a doctor as soon as possible if you experience itchiness, redness, pain, swelling or other symptoms while using or right after using the product, or if you are exposed to direct sunlight right after using the product. Symptoms may worsen with continued use.
What should I do if the product gets into my eyes?
Do not rub your eyes. Rinse your eyes with cold or warm water. We recommend seeing a doctor if there is a problem.

Storage and expiry dates

I left the product in the car for a whole day. Is it still all right to use?
The temperature inside a car exposed to direct sunlight is higher than you might expect.
Container damage, distortion and other problems may occur due to extreme heat.

Do not use the product if it smells strange, the contents separate or if it is cloudy.
Should the product be refrigerated?
The product does not need to be refrigerated. It may be stored at room temperature. The quality and safety of the product may even be compromised by temperature changes from taking it out and putting it back in the refrigerator. Creams and milky lotions may separate.

As a rule, products should be kept at room temperature in a places with little temperature fluctuation and out of direct sunlight.
When does the product expire?
Unopened products that have been properly stored last for 3 years.

The stability of products that have been opened change due to dust or bacteria from exposure to air or handling, so please consume the product completely as soon as possible.

When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to ship your order within 3 business days after we have confirmed your order.
When will my order arrive?
For orders with same-day shipping
Orders may arrive the next day (two days later for Okinawa and Hokkaido) at the earliest.
(May be delayed due to traffic conditions.)
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to addresses within Japan.
What are the methods of payment?
For online orders, you may choose between credit card payments or cash on delivery. For telephone orders, we only accept cash on delivery.
